Synnex Australia adds Google Cloud to its Google portfolio
3 May, 2022 - Synnex Australia has today announced the expansion of its Google portfolio, which will now include the use of Google Cloud.
This comes following the addition of Google Workspace and Google Workspace for Education to its distribution agreement.
Google Cloud will significantly benefit Synnex’s cloud channel partners.
According to Kuo Yoong, Head of Cloud, Synnex ANZ, “Our partners will have everything they need to build and scale their customers within the Google ecosystem, by leveraging Google Workspace, Google Cloud, Chrome management licenses, Chrome devices and complementary SaaS cloud offerings, for a seamless user experience across management, billing, security and support.”
“And they will have the flexibility to migrate, build, and optimise apps across hybrid or multi cloud environments,” he added.
Angela Coronica, Director of Partnerships, Google Cloud Australia and New Zealand said, “Our partners are the lifeblood of Google Cloud — they help our customers upskill, onboard, and digitally transform. Synnex is a key partner of ours, and the expansion of our partnership to now encompass Google Cloud will provide more businesses in Australia with the tools they need to further accelerate innovation.”
Kee Ong, CEO, Synnex ANZ said, “Google Cloud will allow us to focus on helping our partners integrate cloud-based AI and analytics into their digital transformations, modernise their security stack, and move their workloads and critical applications to the cloud”.
Ong added that Synnex has a comprehensive education and channel enablement program to help its channel partners build out their Google service offerings, to service more customers, and attain a faster time to market. With plans to offer extensive Google Cloud training and certifications for partners, Synnex will continue to drive channel engagements and long-term growth of the Google ecosystem.
Synnex Australia will be launching Google Cloud to their partners at a face-to-face event to be held on 24 May 2022 in Melbourne and 26 May 2022 in Sydney.
