About the role:

Due to our continuing growth, we are seeking a responsible individual to join our existing Logistics Quality Management Department located in Oakleigh South, Melbourne. 

As a Logistics Quality Management (LQM) Administration Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing the logistics’ operation processes within the business to ensure it is in compliance with OH&S regulations and overall standard operating procedures.

 

Some of the primary duties and responsibilities include:

  • Monitor and liaise with carriers, clients and internal and external teams
  • Generation of daily, weekly and monthly report in timely manner, ensuring warehouse and operation processes meet OH&S requirements and organise maintenance and improvements as required
  • Record keeping and ability to maintain data integrity
  • Process daily request
  • Perform UAT testing and provide traceable result in detail
  • Provide user training
  • Follow up pending cases with internal and external teams
  • Assisting the team with other administration related tasks as required.

 

About you:

  • Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Business or Logistics will be highly regarded
  • Have proven strong time management & good numeracy skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A proactive & flexible attitude that is prepared to assist & work with other team members
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel & PowerPoint
  • Exposure to logistics operations will be highly advantageous
