Administration Assistant - VIC

Reporting to the HR Manager; you will be assisting with employee queries, the recruitment process, payroll, building relationships with all external and internal clients, travel and expense coordination and supporting the HR department and receptionist with various administrative tasks.  
 

The responsibilities of this role will entail:

  • Assisting recruitment process - place job adverts, shortlisting/screening candidates, pre-employment checks
  • Payroll Administration and support
  • Assisting onboarding process - including orientation, inductions and reviews
  • Updating employee records across multiple HR systems and reports
  • Managing inbound queries
  • Producing reports as required by management; and other ad hoc HR/administrative duties including event management/initiatives
  • Provide support to receptionist - including attending switchboard, greet clients, travel bookings, and facilities management as required

 

You will need to possess:

  • A recent graduate or at least one years experience in an Administration/Human Resources environment
  • Experience in a similar role (including payroll or recruitment) will be highly regarded
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel
  • Exceptional Attention to detail and accuracy
  • A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is able to meet tight deadlines whilst performing under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
